Before we build anything, we're asking business-management and family-office firms how client paperwork becomes ledger entries today.
Business-management firms pay bills, reconcile accounts and keep books for many client entities: people, loan-outs, trusts, touring companies and households. Invoices, checks, card statements and bank statements arrive by mail, email and portal, and someone codes each one into the right client's books.
We want to learn how that step works in practice: who does it, how many client entities one bookkeeper carries, which systems the entries land in (Datafaction, AgilLink, QuickBooks or something else), and where the time goes.
Nothing is for sale. There is no product yet and no customers to point to. The tool is in development, and we're talking to firms first so we build the right thing, or learn that it isn't needed. A short reply with how your firm does it now is the most useful thing you could send us.
